How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE anywhere within the United States. For orders outside of the U.S., there is a flat $20 shipping fee.
When should I expect my order?

All orders placed before 2pm CST, Monday-Saturday, will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm CST, and orders placed on Sundays, will be processed and shipped next day. Orders are shipped through USPS which states a 1-3 business day delivery estimation. International orders are sent through USPS and are estimated with a time frame of 1-3 weeks. All orders will be followed up with a confimation email which will include a tracking number.
How do I clean my jewelry?

To clean your PDP jewelry, it is as simple as mild soap & water, followed by a soft cloth to dry!
What are the pieces made of? Will my piece tarnish?

Our necklaces are made form stainless steel. The gold and rose gold necklaces are then plated with the appropriate coating. Because the pieces are made from stainless steel, they are safe from rust and tarnish, no green skin here! The stainless steel is coated with a layer of chromium that prevents rusting, tarnishing, and color changes.
